Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparation of Financial statements, including Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare monthly payroll.
- Assist in processing payments and initiating procurement process
- Conduct monthly stock takes.
- Support Finance department with various tasks
- Knowledge and experience in Accounting package such as Quick-books
- Able to manage pressure to meet deadlines
- Proactive and Team player
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Able to work under minimal supervision
- Knowledge on submitting online NAPSA and PAYE payments
Qualifications and other requirements
- Full grade 12 certificate
- Intermediary ACCA, ZICA Licentiate, CA Zambia
- Paid-up Member of ZICA
- Skills with Microsoft excel and word
- Experience with NGO an added advantage.
