ONE OPERATOR TECHNICIAN TO BE BASED IN LUSAKA
QUALIFICATIONS:
- GRADE TWELVE (12) SCHOOL CERTIFICATE
- CRAFT CERTFICATE OR HIGH IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
- AT LEAST THREE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN CIGARETTE MANUFACTURING
- EXPOSURE TO FILTER/CIGARETTE MAKINGAND PACKING ENVIROMENT ISADVANTAGEOUS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overall responsibility for a processing line
- Responsible for machine maintenance and repairs of the processing line
- Responsible for achievement of daily production targets on the line
- Responsible for product quality on the processing line
- Ensure that process waste is capped within the stipulated limits
- Managing a team of subordinates
- Conduct reconciliation of daily production
- Make Reports to the Factory Manager
