Ciheb Zambia hereby invites applications from reputable companies to register as suppliers in the following categories:

Instructions:

1. Applicants should send their company profiles clearly stating the physical address, telephone lines, valid e-mail address, recent bank statements (3 months), ZRA registration, valid tax clearance certificate, certificates of registration/ incorporation, proof of past & current trade references and all relevant statutory documents for the business.

2. For IT services, Suppliers should show proof of accreditation as either support centers or solution providers for companies such as Microsoft, HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple, Cisco, APC etc.

3. For medical suppliers, kindly attach proofs of supplier distributorship, manufacturer certificate, manufacturer guarantee, manufacturer authorization and any other relevant documentation to support your application.

4. Applicants should state their area of specialization & category they wish to be registered under.

5. All vendors that are currently supplying goods/services to Ciheb Zambia must apply with all documentation attached as mentioned above.

6. All applications must be labeled “Registration of Suppliers FY2023-2024” must be sent by email only to [email protected] Please note that hard copies will not be accepted.

7. Ciheb Zambia reserves the right to visit your offices as part of the prequalification verification process.
