Citrine Limited invites applications from qualified organizations and individuals to register as suppliers and contractors for the provision of services to our institution. We are seeking Contractors in the following categories:

– Supply and services of fridges and Air conditioning machines.
– Cleaning: sanitary services

– Printing: Graphic design and digital printing
– Stationery and other consumables
– Security Services
SERVICES
– Plumbing Services
– Hardware Materials
– Electrical Works
– Engineering consultancy
– Construction and Repair Works, including:
– General Building Construction
– Renovation and Remodeling
– Painting
– Roofing and Waterproofing
– Carpentry and Joinery
– Masonry and Tiling
– Aluminum works
– Fumigation & Pest Control Services
TECHNOLOGY
– Supply of Computers, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, photocopiers, Projectors, Cameras & IT related accessories and equipment.
– Servicing of Office Equipment.
– Professional IT support Services, and
– Network infrastructure.
Pre-Qualification Requirements
Interested suppliers and contractors must submit the following:
– A comprehensive company profile, clearly showing the physical address, contact telephone numbers, and email address.
– List of Directors.
– Valid copies of the Certificate of Registration and Incorporation.
– Valid ZRA Tax Registration and Tax Clearance Certificate.
– Valid NAPSA Certificate.
– Three (3) recent and relevant trade references.
– Registration and certification from regulatory organizations e.g. NCC, EIZ and other relevant bodies.

All applications must be clearly labeled “Registration of Suppliers for the Year 2024- 2025” and should be submitted as a single document to:
