Key Responsibilities

• Provide policy administration and underwriting support
• Front desk operations to ensure that clients understand Hollard products
• To ensure effective and efficient customer service.
• Ensure that files going for validation are properly documented
• Ensure thorough vehicle inspection once client decides to insure with Hollard

Required qualifications & Experience

• Grade 12 five O levels including Mathematics and English
• Certificate in Insurance is an Added Advantage Experience in a similar role shall be an added advantage
