We are looking for a Stores Assistant, with minimum qualification of a Purchasing and supply diploma, experience in working for a Transport and logistics company will be an added advantage.
1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- To raise purchase requisition for out of stock inventory( spare parts and all consumables).
- To follow up all purchase orders issued.
- To ensure that all inventories purchased / ordered are delivered.
- To ensure that all inventories received are entered in the goods received books
- To ensure that all inventories that are issued are recorded.
- To record all old spares that are removed from vehicles
- To ensure that all inventories are properly stored
- To co-ordinate with accounts department to under take stock take / audit.
- To carry out stock take / Audit with accounts deparment.
- To carry out any assignments that maybe assigned from time to time
