We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and promoting our products to retailers and distributors. This role requires a proactive approach to achieve sales targets, expand market reach, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Implement sales strategies to meet targets.
Conduct market research.

Account Management:

Maintain strong relationships with clients.
Provide support and address client concerns.
Negotiate contracts and pricing.

Product Promotion and Merchandising:

Demonstrate product features and benefits.
Optimize product placement and promotional activities.
Manage inventory levels with supply chain teams.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare sales reports and performance analysis.
Track and analyze sales data.
Provide market feedback to marketing and product teams.

Market Expansion:

Identify and develop strategies for new markets.
Participate in trade shows and networking events.
Collaborate on promotional campaigns with the marketing team.

Customer Service:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Ensure alignment with company service standards.
Provide training and support on product use

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Affiliation to relevant body.

Experience:  At least 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector or a related industry.

Skills:

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge:

Understanding of FMCG market dynamics, consumer behavior, and sales process
