Commercial I.T. Services Limited is recruiting for a client support technician to provide IT support and project management services to contract clients.
The desired skills of the candidate include:
- Strong Local Area Network Installation and Configuration experience
- Network point termination
- Network point labeling
- Patching/Racking
- Network Device Configuration – Switches, Routers, Firewalls
- Understanding of network switching and routing
- Understanding of access control configuration
- Strong Understanding and Experience with Windows Servers
- Understanding of Active Directory
- Windows Server Administration
- Outlook and Exchange Server
- Virtualization and Cloud Computing Knowledge
- Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365, Amazon Webservices or Google Cloud.
- Basic knowledge of configuration of Virtual Servers with VMWare/HyperV/Citrix
- Experience in a client centered role
- Helpdesk support/call center/support
- Report writing
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field.
- Vendor Specific Certifications especially Office 365, Cisco, HP/Dell/Lenovo
- Proof of continuing professional development
