INVITATION FOR BIDS: VEHICLE HIRE
The Conservation Farming Unit (CFU), a company limited by guarantee has received a grant from the UK Department for International Development (DFID) for the implementation of The Climate Smart Agriculture Zambia (CSAZ) programme and intends to apply some of the proceeds to procure the following service:
HIRE OF 3 x OFF-ROAD 4 X 4 PASSENGER VEHICLES, COMPLETE WITH DRIVER AND FUEL INCLUDED, FOR A MAXIMUM OF 14 DAYS EACH
These are to cover the following provinces: Central, Eastern, Southern and Western in CFU areas of operation.
Bidding will be conducted through the tendering process and is open to eligible and interested bidders.
All the specifications have been provided in the bidding documents which can be obtained from the Results Management, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the Conservation Farming Unit Offices or via email upon request.

CLOSING DATE: Bids must be submitted to the CFU headquarters offices on or before 15th April, 2019 by 12:00 hours local time. Any bids received after the date and time stipulated above will not be accepted.
The CFU reserves the right to reject or discard bids that do not meet the specifications requirement. CFU replies will only go to shortlisted candidates. If you do not get a response after 7 working days, please regard your bid as having been unsuccessful.
