About Us
Copper Rose Zambia (CRZ) is the largest youth-led organization working towards the empowerment of youth and women in Zambia. Our mission is to make a difference in the lives of women and youth through education and empowerment so that they may exhibit autonomy to reach their full potential and be effective leaders and agents of change in their communities. We envision a world in which every woman and young person is happy, healthy, and living to their full potential. Our main thematic areas of work are 1) Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), 2) Menstrual Health Management (MHM), 3) Economic Empowerment and 4) Leadership and Mentorship. Copper Rose Zambia invites applications from reputable companies and individuals to register as consultants and suppliers of goods and services. Please note that the details of categories are included in the Application Form. To be considered for pre-qualification, applicants should include the following documents in their applications;
Company Profile clearly stating physical address, phone number and email address
Copy of VAT certificate/Tax clearance
Copy of Certificate of Registration / Incorporation
Delivery period and payment terms
Company Bank reference and Bank details
Referees for work done in the last 12 months
Copy of previous works for studies (Baselines, evaluations, research & other studies)

All vendors currently supplying goods & services to Copper Rose Zambia should apply and attach all necessary documents as stated above.
Applications should be sent to the email address [email protected] with the subject “REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FY23/COPPER ROSE ZAMBIA”, including the category you are applying for on or before 10th March 2023 at 17:00 Hours local time. Any application received after the time and date stipulated above will not be accepted. Only successful applicants will be communicated to and registered.
Please note that registration does not constitute an automatic offer of business. Late submission and physical submissions will not be accepted.
