Sales & Marketing Manager

Qualifications:

Full Grade 12 certificate

Diploma/ degree in hospitality management/business administration/marketing

Experience

Minimum of 6 years in the hospitality industry and at least 3 years in management role in a hotel or lodge.

Required competencies/Personal qualities

Strong leadership skills

Strong Marketing and administration skills;

Must be computer literate with knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office.

Ability to prepare Presentations

In depth understanding of government hospitality policies and programmes;

Excellent Communication and analytical skills;

Basic knowledge on accounting and finance

Must be computer literate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

High level of integrity and confidentiality.
