CHEF
Job purpose
To ensure that menus served to guests are well balanced and meet the highest standards. The applicant must have experience in preparing fresh grill supported by traditional delicacies which have long been eaten by our forefathers. Our traditional delicacies are based on trusted and tested vegetables that are healthy and make you want some more.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
- A full grade 12 certificate
- At least three years work experience
- Sober character and hardworking
- Lundazi residents with own accommodation have an added advantage
