1. AREA SALES MANAGER to head the Head Office in Chingola
Job Summary:
To promote and market products and services of the company and evaluate the effectiveness of sales activities and results to ensure business growth.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration and Marketing from a recognized institution.
- Member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing
Experience:
- 3 years experience in a big commercial organisation with a track record of increased sales.
Skills:
- Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a team; ability to network with government, mining and corporate sectors and problem solving skills.
- Should have valid Driver’s license.
- Knowledge of Safety Products/Safety Industry will be an added advantage.
2. CUSTOMER SERVICE/ SALES REPS (multiple)
JOB PURPOSE:
To Perform Logistical & Customer Service functions as directed by the Customer Service Officer/Sales Team Lead resulting in timely delivery of customer orders.
DUTY STATION:
- Chingola, Solwezi & Kalumbila
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years prior experience with track record of sales.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTION:
To maintain an effective communication within the company, among the Departments and to provide an effective and efficient Administration/Operations support service.
CURRENT AREA OF OPERATION: Chingola
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
FRONT OFFICE DUTIES
- Receive and Direct Visitors
- General Hospitality of Visitors
- Receive and channel all incoming calls and correspondence
- General Front Office Operations
ADMIN AND OPERATIONAL DUTIES
- Supervise Security, Drivers, Canteen and Cleaning Staff
- Correspondent for repairs of assets and property
- Co-coordinating of procurement and management of all stationery, office supplies and groceries
- Boardroom administrator – (In charge of bookings)
- Ensure general cleanliness and outlook of the Company
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Public Administration
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a big organization with a good track record
- Excellent communication skills
- Good secretarial background
- Strong problem solving skills
- Good computer skills
4. FIRE TECHNICIANS (multiple)
Required qualifications and skills:
- Full grade 12 certificate
- Diploma or Craft certificate in Power electrical- Fire certificate will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a reputable organization
- Must be a Zambian Citizen
- Must be a quick learner
- Must be a team player
- Must be flexible to work offsite when duty calls.
- Should have a valid driver’s license
- Should know about fire systems such as ZITON, TECHNOSWITH and FM200 Suppression systems, Vehicle suppression systems, Sprinkler system etc.
- Should be able to scope works required for fire system installation
- Must be conversant with AutoCAD
- Must be able to understand drawings
