Fenix International is currently recruiting for the position of Customer Service Representative (CSR). The role involves working in the Fenix Zambia call center in Lusaka. Fenix prides itself on always putting the customer first; the Customer Service Representatives are at the forefront of providing world class customer service to our ReadyPay customers across Zambia. As the main point of contact, the role involves receiving incoming calls and making outgoing calls to customers, dealing with and helping to resolve any customer complaints while giving the best possible customer experience as well as going beyond the call of duty when required.

Candidates should possess a full grade 12 certificate and a diploma/degree from a recognized institution. Applicants should be computer literate and should be fluent in English and one or more of the following languages;

  • Lunda
  • Kaonde
  • Mambwe
  • Namwanga
  • Tumbuka
  • Tonga
  • Nyika
  • Bisa
