CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
Experience: 3 years
Education Level: Diploma Level
Qualifications: Business Management or Property Management related
Software: Excel, Word, Outlook Express, MDA – Property Management Software
Equipment: None
Knowledge Of: Retail Property and Management
Skills To: Interact with tenants, manage emergency problems related to property, work well under pressure, have good awareness and self-driven, honest, hard working, prepared to put the extra hours in.
Ability To: Good understanding of municipal systems, can speak and write English well, can converse well, good general knowledge, understanding of the service industry and that the Tenant comes first.
Personality: Honest, well spoken, self-driven, motivated to succeed, TEAM player and someone who adds value to the team, positive mood.
Other: Must ideally have own transport
