1. Senior Sales Officer – Corporate

Job Summary

The Corporate sales officer is responsible for directing and supervising sales operations to ensure achievement of sales targets & business sustainability. Prospect & Sell to Corporate Customers, build long term Relationship & Manage big Sales Pipeline and Deploy difficult to beat Exceptional Customer Service delivery.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Prospect for Sales from Corporate Organizations – Government Agencies & Construction Firms
  • Build & maintain up to date Data Base of Corporate Customers
  • Select & keep a Rain Maker in each of the Corporate Accounts
  • Prospect vigorously for new Corporate Customers
  • Regularly Reconcile Corporate Customers’ Accounts.
  • Collect due Debts/Payments on BG
  • Ensure Corporate Customers receive their Weekly/Monthly Statements
  • Ensure Delivery of Superior Customer Service
  • Ensure that all Orders are serviced timeously in line with agreed work Plan
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
  • Ensure that Corporate Customers are properly locked in & Competitions locked out
  • Devise innovative Volume growth strategies with Corporate Customers
  • Advise tailor made Marketing Support Programs for the Corporate Customer
  • Advise top Management when Top – to -Top Selling (TTS) & closing is required

Education and Work Experience

  • Full Grade Twelve Certificate with credits or better in English and Mathematics.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance or Accounting, Statistics or Mathematics.
  • Proven working experience as a Corporate Sales Officer/Manager.
  • Excellent understanding of the full Marketing mix & Segment Management.
  • Minimum of five (5) year’s work experience in Sales & Marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suits/SAP applications.

Key Requirements

  • Communicates fluently in Chinese & French languages
  • Possesses knowledge of the Manufacturing Industry.

2. Senior Sales Analyst – Brand Management

Job Summary

They will help build brand(s) and raise brand awareness. He will work across all levels and departments of the organization to find what makes the Company/brand unique and communicate it to the world.

Key duties and responsibilities

  •  Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Shape and communicate our vision and mission
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities

3. Senior Sales Officer – Exports

Job Summary

The will be responsible for attending to our Export Market and for generating and enhancing the sales of the products in other countries. They make sure that the products are made available in the international markets by analyzing the trends of the Markets and developing sales plans and strategies to meet their needs.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • To identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries
  • To plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer’s needs and requirements
  • To make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers
  • To ensure that the all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales
  • To take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities
  • To constantly review distributor’s performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management
  • Coordinate closely with the logistics/shipping Company/agents for scheduling and bookings shipments to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery.
  • Arrange details of shipments with forwarders, carriers and agents as necessary for exports.
  • Prepare freight invoices and receipt vouchers for freight received.
  • Track the status of all shipments and preparing a report of the same.
  • Prepare and submit statistical reports to the Head, Sales Admin.
  • Ensure all paperwork relating to shipments is kept up to date and filed regularly.

Education and Work Experience

  • Full Grade Twelve Certificate with credits or better in English and Mathematics.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance or Accounting, Statistics or Mathematics.
  • Minimum of five (5) year’s work experience in Exports, Sales & Marketing
  • Work experience in the sales/marketing is as an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suits/SAP applications.

4. Sales Officer

Job Summary

Coordinates sales activities and oversee execution of agreed strategies to meet customer needs, enhance brand equity and ultimately increase revenue generation for DCP in the assigned region within the country.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the execution of sales strategies to meet assigned revenue and target metric objectives within the assigned region.
  • Participate in goal-setting activities for the region and agree goals with Area Manager and the Head of Sales & Marketing.
  • Develop work plans for the region with clear approach for adoption by the Area Manager.
  • Proactively identify and make recommendations to the Head of Sales & Marketing on potential revenue streams and customer needs.
  • Monitor sales performance in assigned region and ensure development of effective strategies to address shortfalls.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key customers in the assigned region and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients.
  • Oversee the management of the region’s customer database to support sales initiatives.
  • Provide support to Area Managers in resolution of escalated sales and/ or customer related issues.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team and ensure implementation of promotional activities for the region.
  • Evaluate market trends and gather competitive intelligence, identify trends that may affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
  • Conduct demand planning and forecasting to manage and ensure product availability for customers at all times.
  • Develop and implement tactics and strategies for distributor loyalty.
  • Oversee the preparation of annual budget for the assigned region and monitor its implementation.
  • Manage customer complaints & escalate where necessary
  • Ensure yearly growth for assigned Customers & ensure customer retention
  • Recruit new Customers

Education and Experience

  • Full Grade Twelve Certificate with credits or better in English and Mathematics
  • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in sales, marketing, business administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of Three to Five (3-5) year’s experience in sales & marketing.
  • Work experience in the sales/marketing is as an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suits/SAP applications.
