DUTIES

1. Prepare contracts and offer letters
2. Processing of leave applications for local staff
3. Processing of immigration application
4. Control the collection and account for office stationery
5. Recruitment
6. Maintain a systematic filling of all company documents
7. Ensure all occupational certificated are up to date

Minimum required qualification and experience

1. Diploma in business administration or any other related qualification
2. Must be a member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
3. Computer literacy
4. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in office administration
5. Able to communicate in English and correspond professionally in writing and verbal
6. A class B or better driving license holder will be an added advantage
