QUALIFICATIONS:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Degree or professional qualification in relevant field
- Minimum 4 years experience in sales and marketing. poultry marketing an added advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry out marketing research and develop marketing opportunities, plans, and identifying market trend
- Develop and present marketing strategies to meet the customers’ needs maintaining and building the business
- Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Maintaining relationships with customers by, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Ability to present company products and technical information to prospect and current clients
- Identify ways to improve performance and profitability of our poultry department
- Management of the set goals by prospecting, following up, and maintaining clients
- Implementing new marketing plans and advertising.
- Submit expense reports on a timely basis.
