Key Accountabilities

  • Work closely with the Digital Director and Account Lead to generate design executions
  • Understands brand continuity, brand guidelines and brand positioning
  • Contribute ideas and opinions coherently and effectively
  • Explains visual thought processes and decisions with clarity and parity
  • Manages time to visualize and design effectively
  • Design brief format and educates the team regarding the necessity of written briefs and proper design kick-off meetings
  • Understanding of technology and creatively supports the effective use of technology to solve business problems.
  • Contributes work to pitches.
  • Drive, define and feedback on; quality of briefs, regular reviews, feedback channels, creative quality and collaboration.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for creative work to be performed for clients, with guidance from seniors and directors.
  • Attends and contributes to work reviews, regular check-ins, is active in their goal planning and training needs. Provides constructive suggestions and feedback to directors on the creative team, structure and process

Professional skills

  • Exhibit excellent design, art direction visualization skills
  • Understanding of user experience design
  • Excellent visual design skills
  • Expert knowledge of software packages including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or Flash
  • Knowledge of interface design, typography, layout and web formats
  • Degree in art and design related field
