Our organization seeks the services of a Brand and Marketing Officer to join a dynamic and proactive team.
The interested candidate will
- Create marketing plans to raise awareness of DGM Beverages Limited products.
- Produce creative and engaging content for print or online advertising.
- Provide direction and guidance on marketing activities.
- Build and create rapport with target audiences
- Research, study, assess and research market patterns, competitor offerings and demographics to identify opportunities for product growth and promotion
- Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of marketing activities and enhance company presence
- Establish marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities are cost effective
- Track market performance and return on investment and prepare monthly reports for management
- Monitor and report on competitor activity
- Identifies areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities.
- Manage online marketing strategies
- Engage with clients over online platforms
- Updating and maintaining procedural documents
- Any other administrative duties as required
The ideal candidate must possess the following qualification and skills
- BA or Diploma in Marketing or equivalent qualification
- Must be a paid-up member of ZIM
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Creative
- Digital marketing skills
- Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
- Communication and networking abilities
- Competent in the use of Excel and other Microsoft tools
