We are inviting applications to fill the following vacant position:
DISPATCH CLERK
GRADE D
CONTRACT: PERMANENT – NDOLA
Reporting to the Warehouse Controller, the successful candidate will be accountable for the following:
- Update balanced stock records
- Correct dispatch and returns records in the system and on the ground
- Correct record of holding stock
- Beer dispatched in first in first out sequence
- Ensures that the stock at hand is stored safely
- Clean environment
- Participation in pre-packing taste panels
- Dispatched beer packed in clean and good crates
- Cleaning loading areas
- Information on the cleanliness situation of the vehicles crew.
This job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Certificate/Diploma in Purchasing & Supply, Stores & Stock Management, Accounting or equivalent.
- Be computer literate
- Knowledge of SAP is added advantage.
- At least 2 years working experience in a warehouse environment.
- Honest, reliable and self-disciplined.
- Ability to work under pressure.
