ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as District Monitoring and Evaluation/Data Manager to be based in Southern and Western Provinces, Zambia.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the District Monitoring and Evaluation/Data Manager position by 1 October 2020. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of a degree in demography, statistics, mathematics or epidemiology or related field.

The incumbent will have a demonstrated experience working in monitoring and evaluation in HIV programs in the health sector in Zambia. Experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint for graphical presentation, experience in the use of SmartCare electronic information system. Strong data management and analysis skills are required and experience in database maintenance including DHIS2.
