QUALIFICATIONS
- Zambian national with full Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate.
- Diploma in accountancy / ZICA Technician
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Must have worked in a similar position for at least six months.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft excel and word.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must be between the ages of 21 and 30.
- Must have three traceable references from the previous jobs.
- Will be solely for handling petty cash.
- Ensure that all petty cash payments are duly authorized.
- ensure that petty cash payments are supported by third party receipts.
- Ensure that all staffs retire imprest as per laid down procedures.
- Ensure that petty cash report is prepared on a daily basis to be checked by the accountant.
