Shop Supervisor – New Agrovet Shop with Animal Health Focus
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage the daily operations of the shop.
* Drive sales over the counter, via telephone, Business WhatsApp, and social media.
* Provide expert advice on animal health products and treatments.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering tailored solutions for farmers and pet owners.
* Ensure proper inventory management, stock control, and supplier coordination.
* Supervise and train a small team to ensure efficiency and high performance.
* Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and industry standards.
* Implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
Minimum Requirements:
* Must be proactive, mature, and able to work independently.
* Minimum THREE years of experience in a similar role.
* Qualification in Animal Health (mandatory).
* Registered with the Veterinary Association of Zambia.
* Strong sales experience with a focus on animal
* Must be 30 years or older.
* Must be willing to work flexible hours.
* Only candidates residing in Chalala proximity area will be considered.
