Educore Services, is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and enthusiastic Early Years/Reception teacher.
The appointee will report to the Head Teacher of Primary and directly contribute to all areas of early years education as well as being responsible for one of our reception classes.
Main Purpose of the Job
To provide high quality Early-Years education in the Primary School, in accordance with the school’s policy and ethos of the pursuit of excellence. The school delivers a British curriculum in early years.
Qualifications Required
- Minimum Specialist Diploma in Early Years
- Bachelors Degree in Early Years is preferred
- Experience in the Cambridge curriculum
- At least four years of knowledge and understanding of teaching in an early years setting
Key Skills
The successful candidate will possess the following key skills:
- Excellent planning, teaching and Class Management
- Knowledge of early-years education and the needs of young learners
- Able to monitor, assess, record and report the progress of the pupils
- The ability to work as a member of a team
- Must have passion working with children
- Strong and energetic
- The ability to use initiative and a desire to develop the early-years department further for the benefit of the children.
- Empathy and a clear understanding of the developing child.
