POSITION: CASHIER
ECOZAM INVESTEMENTS COMPANY LTD One-Stop Provider for Home Renovation Materials Procurement. Provider For Home Design and Construction Services.
We are looking to employ an experienced Cashier who is highly motivated to join our team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Issuing of receipts and invoices.
- Posting of receipts into system
- Receivables reconciliation.
- Preparation of payment vouchers.
- Safe custody of important accounting records and documents.
- Any other duties that may arise.
- Preparation of weekly reports
Qualifications and other requirements
- A full grade 12 certificate
- Must be a registered ZICA member.
- Must possess Grade Twelve Certificate
- At least a ZICA Technician holder or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an Accounts Clerk or Cashier
- Must have hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and word.
- Proven competence and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Perform filling and record keeping tasks for all financial transactions
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Must posses a good understanding of generally accepted accounting principles.
- Proficient in Excel
- Organizational skills
- Analytical and a multi-tasks with excellent communication and time management.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, honest, ability to work under pressure and privatize tasks
- Willing to grow with the organization
- Detail Oriented
