Executive Assistant to the Vice Chancellor

Job Purpose

To manage the day-to-day activities of the office of the vice chancellor and demonstrate cross functional team work abilities and competencies in verbal and written communications.

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 full certificate with 5 credits or better
  • Bachelors Degree, Diploma or equivalent in office management or secretarial background will be an added advantage
  • 3-5 years post qualification experience with minimum of 2-3 years experience as Executive Assistant or Personal Secretary
