Job Summary – “CHINGOLA RESIDENTS ONLY”

Explosion Investments Ltd a printing company has an immediate opening for an Office Clerk/Receptionist.  As this position will be the ambassador for our company’s first impression on the guests and visitors, it will be your responsibility to greet visitors and provide them with appropriate information.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receptionist duties of answering/screening calls
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Clerical duties of filing, photocopying/scanning, printing, etc.
  • Receive/sort orders received and deliveries
  • Coordinate and orders all items for field works
  • Check all products quality before handing over to client
  • Review and enter employee travel expenses, invoices, and all account payable data entry/processes
  • Order office supplies for all branches and remote employees.
  • Maintain securities procedures with logbook.
  • Assist with ongoing marketing campaigns via email, radio and social media
  • Excel skills a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to complete projects timely and accurately
  • Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well with other in fast paced, dynamic environment
  • A hospitable personality with a great smile!

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-2 years experience in a corporate environment
