The core functions for the Office Assistant shall include managing general office duties, which includes,cleaning,account opening, attend to customer queries/enquiries and perform such administrative functions as may be required from time to time.

Duties and responsibilities includes:

  • Daily cleaning and maintenance of the office/branch space (Internal and External).
  • Advise and/or cross sell to walk in customers products and services offered by FINCA Zambia.
  • Performs clerical duties, including but not limited to filling of KYC, loan and legal files.
  • Customer complaint management.
  • AML checks for all new clients before opening accounts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification of a full Grade Twelve Certificate
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a strict level of confidence.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of the team
  • Knowledge of basic office management procedures.
