Role Summary

The Sales and Admin Specialist will play a crucial role in driving Findura Infosys’s revenue growth and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless administrative support to the business. This role combines sales acumen with administrative expertise to support our operations and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in all of our product and service lines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Vendor relationship management
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support, aligning with Findura Infosys’s products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

Administrative Support

  • Oversee the provision of administrative support to the team and management.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure the smooth delivery of services to clients.
  •  Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
  • Manage contracts and agreements with clients and partners.

Training and Support

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in IT and Microsoft Cloud services.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance sales and technical knowledge.


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT consulting services, Microsoft Cloud solutions, and the technology market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields with traceable references
