Mandatory requirements
- Experience with Sage Evolution
- Knowledge and skilled to do installations of Sage Evolution on servers and workstations.
- Ability to perform system upgrades and installations, troubleshoot programme errors and assists with ad-hoc end user requests.
- Ability to implement Sage Evolution according to the Project Scope (new database setups and imports).
- Ability to configure and test of data to comply with the Project Scope.
- Ability to assist with opening balances, go live and hand-holding support.
- Ability to prepare, plan and schedule training sessions.
- Microsoft SQL experience/accreditation.
- Experience of BIC/ SIC reporting, and,
- Ability to communicate with clients at different levels.
