Job Advert: Administrative Assistant

Location: Garden House, Lusaka
Company: Frachels Enterprises

Frachels Enterprises, a reputable waste collection company, is seeking a highly organized and
detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient
in Microsoft Office Suite, have strong record-keeping and filing skills, possess a background in
accounting and financial administration, and have experience in clerical or secretarial work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office records, filing systems, and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team.
  • Assist in financial administration, including basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and payroll.
  • Handle office communication and correspondence, both internal and external.
  • Maintain and update financial and operational records in line with company processes.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including answering calls, scheduling meetings, and organizing office resources.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other office documents as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong record-keeping and filing abilities.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial administration.
  • Experience in clerical, secretarial, or administrative roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
