1.Frankfurt Zoological Society of Zambia under it’s North-Luangwa Conservation Programme intends to construct a road network stretch of 110km within the National park to help facilitate the proper and efficient management of the North-Luangwa National park and the surrounding game management areas.Thus enhancing the protection of the wildlife and conservation of the North-Luangwa ecosystem.

2.FZS now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders to undertake the grading and maintenance of the 110km road stretch under the North Luangwa Conservation Programme

3.Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

5.The Bidding document in English may be purchased by Interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application via email at [email protected] upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Zambia Kwacha Three Thousand Five Hundred (ZMK3,500). The method of payment will be through Electronic Money Transfer or Bank deposit

6.All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid security of not less than 2% of the total bid sum

7.Bids must be deposited in the Tender Box located at the address below on or before 23rd October 2020.Electronic Bidding will not be permitted.Late Bids will be rejected.Bids wiĺl be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend.
