Gancy Consultants


  1. Will be responsible for Account opening.
  2. Ensure client provide the information required for credit appraisal.
  3. Conducting marketing activities to boost sales.
  4. Preparing loan statement and loan agreement forms.
  5. Managing clients under his or her portfolio.
  6. Daily contacting clients via email, phone calls and texts to remind them to service their loans.
  7. Attending to customer queries
  8. Manage delinquencies.
  9. Ensure the Portfolio and default risk is managed and maintained with the company policy.


  1. Must have a full grade GCE certificate.
  2. Diploma in Banking & Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or more than 3 years’ experience in field Marketing.
  3. Experience in field marketing of loans, bank account opening, and insurance products will be added advantage.
  4. Should have excellent communication skills.
  5. Should be detailed oriented and be able to work in a target driven work environment.
  6. Should have good problem solving and analytical skills.
  7. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  8. Ability to Multi-task.
  9. Should be computer literate and conversant with Microsoft excel, word and power point.
