Garnet Hotels a newly commissioned Hotel located along Kamloops Road on Plot 14011, Handworth Park,Lusaka seeks the services of qualified individuals to fill up the following positions;
1. Chef
Duties:
- Food costing and planning.
- Menu planning and coordinating event function sheets with dietary requirements.
- Ensure implementation of clean as you go to maintain highest hygienic standards.
- Food preparation and ensure client complaints are acted upon with a view of possible guest return.
- Ensure all guests are treated and served with highest service standard all times.
Qualifications;
- Grade 12 certificate with 5(0)level credits or better
- Diploma in Food production or related.
- 5 years work experience or better in the related industry
- Good culinary skills
2. Food and Beverage Supervisor
Duties:
- Oversee food orders and ensure highest level of customer service
- Supervise and manage the departmental requisition in liaison with the Food and Beverage Manager
- Maintain highest standard of cleanliness of the Food and beverage section
- Generate staff schedules and ensure effective human resource planning.
- Maintain highest level of client relations and key accounts management.
Qualifications;
- Grade 12 certificate with 5 (0) levels credits or better
- 5 Years experience in the food industry or better.
- Diploma in Hotel Management/General Hospitality or related
