As part of our expansion plan, we are inviting applications from suitably qualified, experienced, ambitious, and self-motivated individuals to apply for the following positions:

01. Projects and Business Development Manager (Legal Background) X 1

Reports To: Projects Director

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Projects and Business Development Officer with a Legal Background to join our renewable energy team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the identification, development, and execution of renewable energy projects, ensuring all activities align with legal frameworks, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in renewable energy (solar, wind, clean cooking solutions, etc.).
  • Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and secure partnerships, joint ventures, or strategic alliances.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts, and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) agreements.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal standards and safeguard company interests.
  • Oversee regulatory approval processes, including permits, licenses, and environmental impact assessments.
  • Monitor changes in local and international laws affecting renewable energy projects.
  • Identify and mitigate legal and operational risks during project development and execution.
  • Advise on strategies to minimize risks associated with contracts, financing, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Collaborate with technical, financial, and legal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Assist in structuring project financing and provide legal insights during due diligence.
  • Act as the company’s legal point of contact for partners, investors, government bodies, and regulators.
  • Negotiate and mediate disputes to maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Develop and enforce internal policies related to governance, compliance, and risk management.
  • Provide legal advice on business strategies, market expansion, and regulatory challenges.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB). A Master’s degree in Renewable Energy, Business, or related field is an added advantage.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, projects, or legal advisory roles.
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy policies, licensing requirements, and market trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

02. Sales Engineer (Electrical Engineering Background) X 1

Reports To: Business Development Manager

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with an Electrical Engineering Background to join our renewable energy team. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with sales acumen to drive revenue growth by identifying customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and supporting the sales process for renewable energy products and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue sales opportunities for renewable energy products such as solar systems, inverters, batteries, and other electrical components.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including businesses, developers, and government entities.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate how products and services meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide customized renewable energy solutions.
  • Conduct site assessments and system sizing for solar PV installations and backup power solutions.
  • Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, including cost estimates and system designs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities in the renewable energy sector.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as a technical resource for clients during the pre-sales and post-sales stages.
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure satisfaction with delivered products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or technical roles within the renewable energy, electrical, or engineering sectors.
  • Experience with solar PV systems, inverters, or other renewable energy technologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, solar energy design, and renewable energy technologies.

Skills and Competencies:

03. Renewable Energy Engineer X 1

Reports To: Projects Development Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Engineer to design, implement, and optimize renewable energy systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in solar PV, wind energy, energy storage, and other sustainable energy solutions. This role involves a mix of technical design, project execution, and innovation to ensure efficient and cost-effective energy solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design renewable energy systems, including solar PV arrays, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and hybrid solutions.
  • Conduct energy yield simulations and feasibility studies using software such as PVSyst, Homer, or similar tools.
  • Create detailed electrical and mechanical layouts, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.
  • Assist in project planning, including site assessments, resource analysis, and system sizing.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of renewable energy systems to ensure compliance with technical standards and project requirements.
  • Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality execution.
  • Perform performance monitoring and troubleshooting of installed systems.
  • Analyze system performance data to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions for optimization.
  • Research and integrate innovative technologies to enhance system efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure all systems meet local and international regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
  • Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation for projects and stakeholders.
  • Support permit and license applications by providing technical input.
