Providers of holistic early childhood education.

We are looking for a responsible Accounts/Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Duties:

– Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
– Preparing statutory accounts.
– Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
– Recording and filing cash transactions.
– Controlling credit and chasing debt.
– Bank reconciliation.
– Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
– Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
– Develop and maintain a filing system.
– Act as the point of contact for internal and external client.

Attributes:

– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
– Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Honest, respectful and trustworthy.

Qualifications:

– Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting.

NOTE: The ideal candidate, preferably, should live along Great East Road.
