Job Summary

The Executive Assistant , reporting to the Board Chairman and will be responsible for providing a full corporate,Secretarial and administrative services,managing the schedules and communications of key executives in the Company. Also prioritize emails and phone calls, arrange meetings,business events,gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Manage executives calendars’ and set up meetings
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements for the Board Chairman and CEO
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Sending reminders and organizing catering when necessary


  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
  • Experience in Secretarial services will be an added advantage
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • outstanding organizational and time Management Skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time Management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in using the computer applications
  • Demonstrated professionalism,confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Detail – oriented with the ability to deliver accurate work within established deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and work demands.
