Job Description:

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with private sector clients.
Identifying client needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
Serving as the primary point of contact between the organization and private sector entities.
Imitating and maintaining relationships with strategic partners, financial intuitions and other stakeholders
Collaborating with partners to explore mutually beneficial opportunities and joint initiatives

Business Development:

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the private sector.
Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to expand our presence in the market.
Providing guidance and support to customers in understanding and utilizing the company products and services effectively
Conduct training sessions to educate customers on using our platform and tools
Reporting on customer feedback, satisfaction levels, and suggestions for improvements

Financial Advisory:

Offering financial advice and solutions to clients based on a thorough understanding of their financial goals and challenges.
Keeping abreast of industry trends and financial market conditions.

Negotiation and Communication:

Negotiating terms and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Effectively communicating the value proposition of our financial products and services.


Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.


Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a financial institution or related industry.
Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.

Financial Acumen:

Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and economic trends.
Ability to analyze financial data and provide informed recommendations.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Negotiation Skills:

Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.

Team Player:

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly within a team-oriented environment.

Other skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
