As the Quality Assurance Director at Harvest University, you will be an integral part of our Institution, responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the University’s quality assurance program. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our academic and administrative processes meet the highest standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive quality assurance strategy to enhance the quality of academic programs, administrative processes, and student services.
• Lead and mentor the Quality Assurance team, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with academic departments and administrative units to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee program accreditation and ensure compliance with regional and national accrediting bodies.
• Manage internal audits and assessments to monitor the University’s adherence to quality standards.
• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and work closely with stakeholders to address concerns.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Ph.D. degree in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience in quality assurance and higher education.
• Extensive experience in experience in curricula development and review, lecturing and research.
• Five to 10 years’ experience in the higher education sector
• Working knowledge of quality system requirements
