A reputable Commercial Bank in Zambia is seeking to recruit a self-motivated, enthusiastic and innovative person to fill the following position:
HEAD – ENTERPRISE BUSINESS SERVICES (EBS)
Reporting to Chief Financial Officer, s/he will perform the following responsibilities:
- Ensure the bank’s procurement and facilities management policy and procedures deliver the bank’s corporate goals in an efficient manner
- Ensure bank’s branches, assets and materials across all locations conform with brand standards and other standards as required
- Design and implement efficient travel and tour systems
- Ensure facility management in all locations conforms with standards
- Manage the procurement of assets and materials using the VfM methodology.
- Ensure provision of adequate and effective security services
- Manage the bank’s relationship with local authorities
- Put structures in place to ensure bank’s assets are safe and secure
- Design and implement strategies for fleet management
- Develop and implement strategies to deliver effective and efficient management of the bank’s physical assets such as land, properties and equipment.
Qualification and Skills:
- First degree in any discipline or equivalent degree.
- Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience.
- Good customer service / Relationship management
- Strong negotiation skills
- People management
- Personnel / Welfare administration
