FSD Zambia
This role will be responsible for managing FSD Zambia’s Digital Financial Services initiatives, related to product development, infrastructure, and innovation, at the micro, small and medium enterprises level. These initiatives will support policy and regulatory work, address market asymmetry, support mobile network operators, increase agency banking, all to drive access and usage of digital financial services among underserved, poor and rural populations across the country. To ensure that the financial services offered meet the needs of individuals and enterprises. FSD Zambia works with financial service providers through research and product development to better serve the rural unbanked. This thematic area aims to address different market constraints through working with the regulators to create an enabling environment for mobile financial services and agency banking in Zambia. The Head PDFS will need to have experience in leading DFS innovations and Policy in financial services.
