1. Training Manager (01)

Job brief
We are seeking an experienced Training a Manager to lead our college training efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for devising and implementing a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with our College objectives. Your primary focus will be identifying training needs, designing relevant programs, and assessing their impact on employee performance and loyalty.

As a Training Manager, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure Students receive the necessary training to excel in their career and contribute to the overall success of the college. Successful candidates for this position typically have backgrounds in business, leadership, human resources, development, or education.

Your responsibilities will include enhancing employee skills, improving student performance, increasing productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the institution.

By overseeing our training initiatives, you will play a vital role in driving student growth and ensuring the achievement of our business goals.

Responsibilities

Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with other stakeholders
Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
Deploy a wide variety of training methods
Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectivenes and success
Manage training budget
Provide opportunities for ongoing development
Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as a Training Manager
Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
Good computer and database skills
BS degree in education, human resources or relevant field

2. Lecturers (02)

We are searching for a well-organized, innovative lecturer to join our institute. The lecturer’s responsibilities include developing course material and curricula, inspiring meaningful discussion, consulting with other academics and professionals, supervising students, grading assignments, Preparing and marking assessments and exams and being an active member of the college. You should be prepared to work long hours, and expand your networks.

To be successful as a lecturer, you should demonstrate superior listening and communication skills. Outstanding candidates are able to prepare and deliver powerful lectures and should be willing to collaborate with professionals in and outside of their discipline.

Lecturer Responsibilities:

Preparing and delivering lectures, tutorials, tours, and competition.
Developing curricula and course material that can be used by Students
Collaborating with other academics and lecturers to improve teaching methods and expand knowledge base.
Setting and grading assignments, tests, and exams.
Participating in training opportunities and initiatives at the institution.
Providing support to students and other colleagues.
Staying current by reading widely and producing published work in the field.

Lecturer Requirements:

A Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing, Community Health Assistant, Clinical medicine or Environmental Health
Previous teaching experience.
Ability to inspire students with your passion.
Flexibility, resilience, and willingness to work long hours.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
