The Field Officer’s overall role is to work with communities to collectively bring about social change and improve livelihoods. He/she will be responsible for implementing activities as per the project plan and budget including training, progress monitoring, providing technical advice, evaluating and reporting on activities in assigned project areas and in alignment with the program plans and goals.
