Heifer International Zambia is selling the following through open Bid Auction:
1. 40 used tires, sizes 265/65 R17 and 265/70 R15
2. 8 used Deka solar photovoltaic batteries
Interested buyers should make prior arrangements for viewing before submission of the bids
Interested companies or individuals should submit bids indicating the products they are interested in. interested parties are required to submit the following:
- Company Profile
- National Registration Card for individuals
- Proof of residence for individuals
- Registration/Incorporation Certificate from PACRA or Registrar of Societies
- Evidence of similar past or ongoing delivery works in the last 3 years
- Tax Clearance Certificates from ZRA for the last two (2) years for non-cooperatives
- Terms of payment
Collections: Successful bidders will be given 3 days to collect the purchased items after successfully making a full payment.
The quotations must be submitted on or before 5th November 2024 at 12:00 hrs. and clearly marked in the subject line as Purchase of Tires or Solar batteries Bids to the following address:
