Hollard Insurance Zambia Limited is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as an Assistant Sales Manager – Direct. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales performance and contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide timely reports and analysis on sales performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements and Skills:
- Degree in Business Administration or other relevant courses.
- Diploma in Insurance is an added advantage.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in the insurance industry.
- Proven success as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
