Job Responsibilities:
- Supervising Stock Handlers to ensure accuracy in loading customer goods.
- Preparing daily workload for casual staff according to quantity loaded.
- Ensuring that each truck is loaded at a good speed to achieve the target.
- Directing, Controlling, organizing and motivating Casual workers.
- Ensuring the efficient application of manpower resources in the warehouse.
- Creating safety and security awareness amongst casual manpower on a continuous basis.
- Identifying Safety and Security hazards in the warehouse and reporting immediately.
Education and Work Experience
- Degree in relevant field
- 1 year experience in related field.
- Ideal candidate must posses the following:
- Must be able to manage casual workers,
- Good with Storekeeping, Records Keeping and Stores Accounting.
