JOB DESCRIPTION
- In order to optimize and continue to improve the transportation payment work, in accordance with the “Freight Applying Process
- launch the OA payment process, ensure the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of the freight
applying wo - Receive Petty Cash signed by the transportation manager and launch the OA freight applying process
- Have the ability to analyze and judge, plan ability, decision-making ability, innovation ability and organizational coordination, cross-cultural and cross-language communication skills.
- Follow up the OA sign-off progress and give a timely feedback about the delayed OA process
- Submit the paper OA to the transportation manager, financial manager and MD for approval;
- Personality:Rigorous and stable, adhere to principles, honesty, serious and responsible, confidential awareness, good professional ethics, able to withstand higher work pressure
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- University graduate with a degree in Finance or mathematics
- Proficient in excel
- Conscientious and careful
- able to identify incorrect data
- Completing work on time
- 0-3 years of experience
