Home pro Enterprise Zambia Limited is a subsidiary of Sunda International, the manufacturer of soft care baby diapers, soft care pads and Twyford tiles. We seek to recruit for the following positions.

1. SALES OFFICR (2)

Responsibilities:

  • Carry sales in the Lusaka area (TBD) Maintain good customer relationship and promote customers can place orders on time and in quantity
  • To do a good job of customer collection work, to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the collection work
  • Research market information and analyze market changes, can provide timely and accurate feedback on the market situation.
  • willing to travel and do field work

Requirement:

  • Degree in any business course
  • Knowledge of Lusaka business
  • Understanding of the markets within and outside Lusaka
  • Advanced knowledge of business strategies
  • 1-2 years’ work experience in sales

2. VEHICLE DISPATCH AND INFORMATION SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

  • Organize transportation activities scientifically.
  • Reasonable arrangement of distribution vehicles to ensure the orderly distribution work: optimize the distribution route to ensure that the distribution task is completed on time to achieve the minimum transport capacity investment
  • To supervise and lead the safe operation of the means of transport.
  • Constantly understand and analyze the changes of various distribution factors during the implementation of the plan, timely coordinate the work of each link, and propose operational adjustment measures
  • Timely understand the implementation of distribution tasks, and carry out statistics and analysis of distribution activities.
  • Suggestions and measures are put forward to improve the work efficiency and operation effect of transport vehicles, and ensure the completion and over-completion of transport plans.

Requirement:

  • Degree in any Business/Accounts/ IT
  • Strong Knowledge of computers
  • Good communication and written skills
  • Good customer service and Leadership skills

3. SANITARY PRODUCT QC SUPERVISOR (Re-Advertised)

  • Personnel management and education training: New employee training, Take up the post after assessment
  • Process quality control: Process quality data monitoring, Process patrol inspection, Product weight monitoring, FQC sampling defect rate, Elastic tensile ratio
  • Quality exception handling: Raw material anomaly, process anomaly, Customer complaints anomaly
  • Quality data analysis and summary
  • Quality standard control and formulate
  • Complete tasks assigned by superiors

Experience Requirements:

Ability: Analysis and judgment ability, communication ability
Personality: To be honest, patient and meticulous, serious and responsible, rigorous and steady, proactive, service spirit
Professional Knowledge:7 QC techniques,8 D methodology
Professional Ability: Presentation and communication skills, Common office software operation

Requirement:

  • Degree
  • Strong knowledge of 7 QC techniques
  • Computer knowledge, report writing and presentation skills
  • Any other duties assigned
