Position Purpose: According to the annual goals and plans of the FMCG department, assist Dept. manager to complete daily department management and other tasks, be responsible for the department’s full channel sales, assist in market research and marketing, new product promotion, and train local teams, to complete the department’s annual various target.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist Dept. Manager in the daily management of the department
  2. Assist Dept. Manager to complete department sales target decomposition, policy designed, and policy implementation
  3. Assist Dept. Manager to complete the communication and coordination with other departments and external contacts
  4. Observes and evaluate Sales supervisor and customer service supervisor’s performance
  5. Trains all the team on their duties especially for new colleague
  6. According to the target and policy of department, following up the achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual goals within the department, and follow up on the achievement of customer contract goals and rebate goals to achieve different targets
  7. Investigate and finish market Survey Form, and keep it updated
  8. Complete new product promotion and marking work
  9. Follow up the market’s advertising investment and online/TV advertising
  10. Improve the display position of our products in the market store, occupy the position closest to the main aisle

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

DEGREE AND ABOVE (MARKETING, BRAND MANAGEMENT MAJOR IS PREFERRED

7 YEARS EXPERIENCE, 3YEARS IN INDUSTRY AND 5 YEARS RELATED JOB EXPERIENCE

AGE RANGE 25-45
